1. Auto response:

Our support department will handle your request as soon as possible.

The Answers below were automatically selected and shown to you by RightNow SmartAssistant when you submitted your question. This is simply a log for your records of what you were presented with.

2. I saw and read your support request:

Thank you for reporting a potential rules violation.

We will use the information you have provided to investigate whether a violation of the rules has occurred. Please let us know if you have any additional problems or questions.

3. Action:

I reviewed the game logs of this incident and confirmed a violation. The player's account has been suspended pending further investigation.

Thank you for submitting your report and helping keep Guild Wars a fun and safe place to play.

Nothing is "Automatic". They research reports...
Whereas one bad report isn't enough to call the initre support bad, one good report doesn't make it good across the whole line.

Noone will ever claim every case ever reviewed by NCSoft turned out a jokester, however NCSoft is pretty renowned for having terrible, clueless employees supporting GW players.

There's enough people (lemming for example) that can provide tons and tons of screens where the NCSoft support has failed beyond all resonable belief, and in some cases even lied.

I remember this one case, with pics and everything, during the botmania period. He reported this certain botter more than 3 times, and after the third time they finally replied with the "we banned this user" message. After a day orso, he found out that that very same botter was still online AND playing AND botting freely in PvP.

Just ran into error 045 blocked message today. Cannot get into either GW or NCsoft member section. My main ncsoft account probably got hacked into.

Sent ticket but I want to remind people to have more secure passwords. This is my fault for having the left my ncsoft account the same as what I used for guru a few months back when there was leak.
Same thing happend to me last week (first time in 5 years), took me one day to resolve, I have sent in all info they requested. What pisses me off is that I wasnt really given an explanation what happened... I keep hearing this happens more and more frequent.
