Whereas one bad report isn't enough to call the initre support bad, one good report doesn't make it good across the whole line.
Noone will ever claim every case ever reviewed by NCSoft turned out a jokester, however NCSoft is pretty renowned for having terrible, clueless employees supporting GW players.
There's enough people (lemming for example) that can provide tons and tons of screens where the NCSoft support has failed beyond all resonable belief, and in some cases even lied.
I remember this one case, with pics and everything, during the botmania period. He reported this certain botter more than 3 times, and after the third time they finally replied with the "we banned this user" message. After a day orso, he found out that that very same botter was still online AND playing AND botting freely in PvP.
